Some women experience some form of sleep disordered breathing during pregnancy. Sleep apnea, when left untreated during pregnancy can lead to increased health risk. It is recommended that if it is likely that you are suffering from sleep apnea while pregnant, you speak to your treating physician in order to start treatment as soon as possible.
